ERROL HAYES
Errol Haye is originally from Kingston, Jamaica. He attended Cal Poly Pomona for undergrad where he studied Electrical Engineering and Business Marketing. During school, he served as President of a student body group called NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers) where he developed programs to help newer students navigate college, so they would have a better chance of finishing. This role helped prepare Errol to work as a leader at Mint International.
He is grateful to work at a company that promotes growth and personal development; where your growth as a person is a direct reflection of your professional growth. He is excited about the opportunity to affect change in the world because of the value Mint International puts on helping others become their best selves. Outside of work, Errols interests include- art, fashion, humanity, music, friends, and family.
MICHAEL YE

Michael Ye is a leader and entrepreneur who is optimistic about the future. He believes that everyone has greatness within them and has the power to unlock that potential. His goal is to create an environment that allows everyone to achieve their greatness. His vision is to develop teams and organizations that have the ability to expand nationally and internationally; providing products and services that are helpful to clients and customers around the world. Michael believes in providing value and opportunity to everyone who works with him and is looking to grow together, grow right together, and grow right now together.
KRYSTINA VIZARD

Krystina Vizard was born and raised in North Conway, New Hampshire. She attended school at Lasell University, right outside of Boston, studying Hospitality and Special Event Management.
She came to Mint International for the chance to grow professionally. She enjoys the company culture and the people she gets to work with. In the future, Krystina is looking forward to providing growth opportunities for her team and helping meet client expansion needs.
Outside of work you can find her at the beach and playing in the waves, working out, doing yoga/meditation, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. Some of her favorite books include: "Relentless" by Tim Grover and "Seat of the Soul" by Gary Zukav. She is proud of her experience working on cruise lines and for the traveling experience, she has done to learn about Ecotourism practices in Brazil and Thailand and to have achieved her Masters in Business Administration in August of 2020.
CYPRESS WILLIAMS

Cypress Williams was born in Laguna Hills, Calif., and raised in Riverside, Calif. He attended college at California State University, Chico, where he studied Biology. Cypress joined the Mint International team so he could gain experience in Business and Sales. He is excited about the start-up like culture and working with an all-star team. Outside of work, he loves to watch sports and hang out with family and friends. His favorite book is "Mindset" by Carol Dweck. His biggest accomplishment is being a role model for his young nephew and uses that to drive him to be a better person every day.
IRVING GARCIA
"The greatest wealth is to live content with little." -Plato
Irving Garcia was born in Ventura, Calif. Growing up, he earned different awards of excellence through school and work. He always wanted to become a professional soccer player. He studied Psychology and Information Technology at Ventura College.
After college, Irving joined the Mint International team for the opportunity to grow professionally and learn more about entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, he is interested in music, fitness, film, sports, science, and finance. His favorite book is "12 Rules of Life" by Jordan B. Peterson
CHRISTOPHER MORA
“Life happens wherever you are, whether you make it or not.” -Iroh
Christopher Mora grew up as a Los Ageles native and went on to attend Santa Clara University in the Bay Area. There he earned a degree in Economics with minors in International Business and Communication. He came to Mint International to gain the essential business and sales skills that can launch a professional career. He has grown into a leader within the company and is excited to work alongside the enthusiastic and ambitious people that make up the team. One of his proudest moments is having piloted a mid-market campaign for clients. He constantly looks to challenge himself and others.
As a self-proclaimed home chef, time outside the office is spent experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, usually with a Lakers game on in the background. Otherwise, he is playing basketball or reading, Freakonomics most often.
